David’s Harp Hotels, including David’s Harp Netanya, David’s Harp Galilee Resort, and any other hotel of the chain (“the Hotel”) welcomes your choice to surf the Website at https://davidsharphotels.com (“the Website”).
The Website was established to provide customers and Website surfers a convenient and safe platform to make reservations and purchase recreation packages at the Hotel (“the Services”). The Website also provides information about the Hotel, accommodations options, and the other Services offered.
- Use of the Website
- These regulations and terms of use are a binding agreement between You, either as an individual or by means of a corporation (“You”) and the Website with respect to surfing and use of the Website on any computer or other communications device, such as a mobile phone, tablet, etc. They also apply to use of the Website, either by the internet or any other network or means of communications, including accessing the Website by phone, app or other means. Please read the regulations and terms of use carefully, as browsing the Website and performing any action on it constitute your consent to the provisions set out in these regulations and terms of use. (“the Regulations”).
- If there is a contradiction between these Regulations and any translation into another language, the Hebrew language version will prevail in any legal matter or question of interpretation or otherwise.

- The Content and Marks are issued “as is” solely for personal use. - Identifying details: first name and surname, a copy of your I.D./passport, I.D./passport number, vehicle number (if provided for the purpose of parking), age, sex, ages of your children.
- Contact details: telephone, email, mailing address.
- Reservation number: location of the Hotel, dates of the stay at the Hotel, cost of the reservation.
- Means of payment details: bank account details, credit card details. Payment by credit card is made by an external clearance provider and the Hotel does not save the card’s details in its databases.
- Information about the stay at the Hotel: information about the Services You used during your stay at or visit to the Hotel, including room services, use of the Hotel’s facilities, participation in activities offered, inquiries to customer service, feedback, fields of interest, personal preferences (including medical/ nutritional preferences, if provided), and of photographs taken by the security cameras at the Hotel.
- Information about membership in the Customer Club: information about members in the Customer Club plan, reservations history, and benefits exercised.
- Information about Website Usage: details regarding your use of the Website, including the time You accessed it, the duration of your visit to the Website or to a specific page, and the actions You performed while using it.
- Technical information, including information about the internet connection (such as the IP address and Internet Service Provider), the device You used to access the Website (such as device type and operating system installed on it).

This information is provided, inter alia, through use of the Website, when filling out forms, contacting us, participating in activities and/or when receiving Services from the Hotel.
- Information collected automatically: during your use of the Website, technical or other information about your use of the Website is collected automatically. We collect this information via logs, cookies, and similar technologies. The Hotel has also installed security cameras that may collect images of You during your stay at the Hotel.
- Public information and information obtained from third parties: We may obtain personal information, such as identification details, contact details, reservation details, means of payment details, information about your stay at the Hotel, and information about the Customer Club from third parties, such as travel agencies, online booking sites, credit card companies, insurance companies, and various service providers. We may also obtain technical information and information about your use of the Website from analytic tools providers and advertising partners.

We will use the personal information in the following cases and purposes:
- To provide Services, executing the agreement with You or entering into said agreement;
- To manage the reservations and stay at the Hotel, including making reservations, billing and collecting, and providing Services during the stay;

- Providing the information to third parties
We have the right to transfer the personal information to third parties in the following cases: to subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies and/or other entities affiliated with the Hotel with respect to the provision of the Services:
- To contractors and service providers on our behalf for the purpose of providing and improving the services (such as cloud services providers, clearance services providers, software companies, travel agencies, security services providers, analytics services providers, direct advertising mailing and targeted advertising, etc.).
